The JRCL won a great success of the 46th International Antiwar Assembly in collaboration with Zengakuren and the Antiwar Youth Committee. The Assembly's central meeting in Tokyo was attended by 1200 workers, students and citizens. Together with colleagues at six regional meetings, they firmly established a bridgehead to advance the revolutionary antiwar struggle and expand it internationally in opposition to the crisis of 'war, impoverishment and environmental destruction of the earth' growing all over the world.
